Agnieszka Mikoś
Senior Learning & Development Partner
With years of experience and a passion for helping others succeed, I’m here to guide you on your professional journey. Whether you’re looking to develop new skills, or navigate career challenges, I’m committed to supporting you every step of the way. My professional journey started in consulting, where I had an opportunity to work with organizations from different industries on a wide range of projects. After 6 years I decided to apply my experience in an internal HR department. Learning & development is very close to my heart, and this is where I thrive the most. I believe continuous learning and competence development is a foundation for success – be it at work or outside of it. I became a trainer, a facilitator, and a mentor to be able to share this passion with others. Making a positive impact is what I’m very attentive to and I would be very glad to help you succeed… Let’s connect!
Bettina Lysell Faldborg
QA Competence Partner
Sometimes you find the best job when you are not even looking – that was certainly true for me when I first started in Test & QA (Quality Assurance) 17 years ago. It turned out to be the (second) best decision I ever made.
It is safe to say that when it comes to my professional life then QA is my passion, and my goal is to get more people excited and passionate about QA and I do that by generously sharing my experience and expertise through training and coaching.
Oh, and if you are wondering what the best decision, I ever made was; it was to be an exchange student many years ago – that was truly lifechanging! Other than shaping me as a young adult, it was also where I later found my husband.
Weronika Niemierka
Talent Partner
With extensive experience and a deep commitment to helping others thrive, I collaborate closely with various departments at BEC to identify and attract top talent. My responsibilities include managing the employer branding, recruitment, onboarding, training, and engagement of Talent Program participants.
I excel in learning and development, firmly believing that ongoing education and skill enhancement are key to achieving success. As a trainer, facilitator, and mentor, I am dedicated to sharing this enthusiasm with others, positively impacting their professional growth. With a keen eye for talent and a commitment to fostering a positive employee experience, I play a crucial role in building a strong and dynamic workforce.
Outside of work, I practice yoga regularly, finding balance and mindfulness through this discipline. Additionally, I am a proud mum, skillfully balancing my professional responsibilities with family life.

- traditional learning (5-20%) – attend a virtual and class room training, take a webinar or and e-learning course (we offer you unlimited access to an e-learning platform with 3500+ courses from different areas)
Moreover, you will take part in BEC Path dialog with your manager. BEC Path aims at improving employee performance, retaining talented employees, having competent employees and managers who give guidance, demand commitment, grow people and teams AND follow up and give feedback on performance.
